CumForGay is a free gay tube dump, not a studio. The page you linked cartoon, newest first is the part people land on when they want yaoi, 3D, or “drawn guys fucking,” and then immediately remember why they usually just go to XVideos themselves.
I’m writing this as a gay guy who actually uses tubes for this shit, not as a marketing recap.
What you’re actually getting
It’s scrapes and embeds. XVideos, ThisVid, BoyfriendTV, MyMuscleVideo, the usual. Nobody at CumForGay is commissioning artists or rendering scenes. They’re pointing at other people’s clips and slapping a cartoon tag on whatever the scraper thought looked animated.
On that newest cartoon page you’ll see:

Actual yaoi, anime style stuff (Dragon Ball, Deku, Genshin, Fate, generic pretty boy loops).
Short 3D hunk clips.
The same titles repeating (Linkie, Baker’s Dozen, whatever’s trending this week).
Clips that are barely cartoons.
A surprising amount of Portuguese and Spanish titles, which is fine if you don’t care about language and annoying if you’re trying to search cleanly.

Runtimes are mostly short. A few longer embeds exist. Quality is whatever the source tube uploaded that day.
The gay viewer take
If I want yaoi, I already know the good tags and creators. This site does not organize that well. It’s a pile. Sometimes you luck into a decent Goku Vegeta or a long Fate clip. Often you get a muddy 5-minute loop with a watermark and a title that lies.
If I want 3D muscle / toon hunk, it’s even thinner. A couple of those tied-up cartoon stud and mini 3D hunk things show up. They’re the kind of clips you watch once, not a library you subscribe for.
If I want Western gay toons in the Twinky Toons, comics sense, this page is not that. Don’t come here expecting curated hand drawn twinks with a plot. Come here expecting a messy index.
The rest of the site is standard free gay tube: anal, twink, amateur, daddy, bareback, webcam, the whole supermarket. That’s actually where the volume is. Cartoon is a small side aisle.
The tagging problem (the part that pisses me off)
Site wide they lean hard on Teen, Young, Boys as big categories. That’s every cheap gay tube on earth, and it’s sloppy as hell. Cartoon pages sit in the same nav. I don’t need a lecture, I need a site that doesn’t make me wade through that language to find adult animation. Footer says 18+. Cool. Still ugly browsing.
Top searches on the site are also a mess random strings, teen boys, etc. That’s the internet, not a boutique.
Design
Looks like 2014. Thumbnail grid, sponsor links everywhere, language switcher for half of Europe and Asia, webcam banner. It works. It is not pleasant. Mobile is it loads. You will click a thumb and leave to XVideos in ten seconds. That’s the business model.
Would I use it?
For cartoon specifically: only as a lazy what got uploaded lately check. I would not bookmark it as my yaoi home. Dedicated toon sites and a well filtered major tube still win.
For free gay porn in general: same as any aggregator. Fine when you don’t want to think. Bad when you want quality, downloads, or a player that isn’t an embed farm.

Cartoon section: 3.5/5 volume is low, curation is worse.
Whole site as a free gay tube: 4/5 it exists, it plays, it isn’t special.
Honesty about what it is: high. This is not the best gay cartoon site. It’s a scrapyard with a cartoon filter.

If you just want to stroke to new yaoi looking thumbs without logging into anything, it does that. If you want taste, updates that mean something, or a site that feels made for gay guys who like drawn men instead of at them, keep walking.
