PornMD - Top Gay Porn Search Sites

PornMD Gay (https://www.pornmd.com/c/gay?orientation=gay) is the kind of site a gay guy uses when he already knows what he wants and is tired of opening five tubes one after another. It is not a gay home. It is a search desk. Flip the orientation to gay and you get a wall of thumbnails the page currently claims on the order of 9.9 million gay results then you leave to watch wherever the clip actually lives.
I treat it like that. I do not “hang out” here.
The gay person take:
A dedicated gay tube (GayMaleTube, BoyfriendTV, a studio you already subscribe to) feels gay. Tags match how we actually search: daddy/son roleplay, hairy, otters, muscle jocks, Latino raw, Black tops, twink bottom, oral-only, first-time “straight” guy, etc. PornMD is a general engine with a gay switch. That switch works better than Google SafeSearch ever did, and better than a lot of straight first aggregators that bury us under milf and lesbian. Gay reviewers still put it near the top of search engine lists for that reason.
The catch is the mix. Even on the gay page you will hit:

clips tagged gay that are basically “two dudes in a straight compilation”
gay-for-pay titles that look hotter in the thumbnail than they play
the same viral Men / Helix / Sean Cody rip uploaded six times under six titles
amateur phone videos next to 4K studio scenes
dead links and “no video available” tiles that should have been cleaned

If you are hunting a body type or a dynamic thick uncut top, older bear who actually fucks, quiet homemade couple, specific pornstar type the exact phrase and use duration + HD + source. Vague searches (“gay sex,” “ twink”) dump you into the same recycled popular pile every aggregator serves. That is not unique to PornMD, it is just more obvious here because the library is huge and not curated by someone who watches this stuff for pleasure.
What I like, as a gay user, is speed when I have a specific itch. “Latino daddy bareback hotel” or a performer name plus “solo” gets me a scan across FapHouse, Eporner, MenGem, GayX, 4Gay, VirtualRealGay, and the usual network leftovers in one grid. Source filter is the real gay useful tool: stay on the sites that actually label men correctly. VR toggle is there if that is your thing. Related terms sometimes surface a kink I would not have typed. Random dice is fun once, then you remember why you have bookmarks.
What I do not like: it does not understand gay nuance the way a gay first catalog does. “Daddy” still collides with straight incest-fantasy SEO. “Straight” as a gay fetish (curious guy, first time, “he said he was straight”) is a huge part of how a lot of us watch, and aggregators mash that together with actual hetero porn unless you lock orientation and keep the keywords tight. Thumbnail quality is inconsistent. You click, land on a tube with more ads than the search page, and half the time the good 20-minute scene is a 2-minute teaser pointing at OnlyFans.
Also: this is still an Aylo-adjacent / tube index world. You are not supporting a gay studio. You are grazing free copies. Fine for late night hunting. Bad if you care who got paid.
Features that actually matter when you are looking for men

Orientation lock (gay / straight / trans) use it every time
Filters: date, length, quality, VR, source
Sort by popularity (useful) vs newest (hit or miss)
Metadata on the tile: runtime, source, how old the upload is
No account required

Missing, from a gay browsing habit: a proper rating sort people keep asking for, body type filters that are not just keywords, and a player so you do not bounce. Gay writeups have been saying that for years.
Who should use it
Use PornMD Gay if you already know the tag or the name and want one search across a lot of free tubes. It is one of the better search engines for gay porn, not one of the better places to watch gay porn.
Skip it as your main site if you want:

a feed that stays in-lane (bears stay bears)
amateur that is actually amateur, not scraped
consistent HD and a player that remembers where you left off
less “is this even two men?” noise

My habit: PornMD to find the clip, then watch on a gay tube or studio I already trust. Bookmark the source when a site’s tagging is cleaner. Do not expect this page to replace Men.com, a good amateur gay tube, or the creators you already follow.
Opinion score from that vantage: 4/5 as a finder, 3/5 as a gay watching experience.
